台大生家住豪宅　富爸竟請免錢律師

台大宅王張彥文，不僅學歷高、工作好，家世背景也非泛泛，堪稱人生勝利組。

今日出版的《蘋果日報》報導，張彥文父親在科技公司擔任要職，家裡住在民生東路豪宅，原本外界認為愛子鑄下大錯，應該會聘請名律師替他辯護。但張彥文的富爸爸不但沒這麼做，還申請免錢的法律扶助律師陪同偵訊，不過由於張彥文手段兇殘，法扶律師在辦案人員訊問後，就直接要求解除委任。

律師廖芳萱表示，張彥文觸犯《刑法》殺人罪，手段兇殘最重恐處死刑，但他束手就逮並坦承犯行，因此法官會視他的犯案動機和犯後態度等，不一定會判死刑。(葉國吏／綜合報導)
