英狠夫殺妻殺子　還要求分遺產

英國蘭開夏郡一名殺人犯，刺死女友與兒子後，以患了精神分裂症被判入精神病院。他提出上訴，要求繼承女友的財產與兒子的信託基金，總值約20萬英鎊（約992萬元台幣）。

35歲的查德威克（Paul Chadwick）去年4月在蘭開夏郡住所，用刀刺了40歲女友克萊（Lisa Clay）32次、6歲兒子約瑟夫（Joseph）25次，導致2人死亡。查德威克以自己行兇時，受到妄想型精神分裂症影響，9月被下令無限期拘留在普雷斯頓的精神病院。

查德威克竟提出訴訟，聲稱有權繼承與克萊共同擁有的財產，因為自己是她遺囑的受益人，故要求取回15萬英鎊的資產，還有兒子的3萬鎊信託基金，含有兩人聯名戶頭內的1.6萬英鎊。根據英國1982年訂立的法例，被裁定謀殺或誤殺的犯人，不能承繼受害人的財產或從他們犯罪行為中得益，如果查德威克上訴成功，會為不少殺人犯開先例。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
