蔡英文力推電業法修法 「廠網分家」

立法院新會期，民進黨主席蔡英文今天主持黨內重大議題協調會報時，宣示本會期將力推電業法修法，列為優先法案，並主張以「廠網分家」，也就是輸配電與發電分開經營的方式，循序漸進推動電業改革。黨發言人徐佳青說，與其一步到位、不如分階段改革，民進黨盼爭取2015年修法通過，2016年開始實施。
