台鐵今(22)晚表示，將於南迴線、台東線、北迴線、宜蘭線等路線巡查後，確認安全無虞，於22日凌晨04：00起全線恢復正常行駛。

台鐵公布的全線行車狀況如下：
一、9月22日(星期一)行車狀況：
(一)為維護旅客及行車安全，臺鐵局將於南迴線、台東線、北迴線、宜蘭線等路線巡查後，確認安全無虞，於凌晨04：00起全線恢復正常行駛。
(二)各支線列車正常行駛。
(三)阿里山森林鐵路(嘉義～奮起湖)及各支線(祝山、沼平線及神木線)，各級列車全線停駛。
二、因應颱風仍有豪雨發生之機率，乘客出門前，詢問列車運行情形，請洽：
(一) 台鐵局官方網站，會隨狀況更新最新資訊，網址：
（http://www.railway.gov.tw/tw/index.html）
(二) 台鐵局24小時旅客服務電話：（02）2191-0096、0800-765-888(免付費電話，行動電話無法撥打)。
(三)各就近車站(臺鐵局官方網站有各車站聯絡資訊)。
三、颱風期間列車停駛或路線中斷時，持未搭乘之乘車票，請於15天內(含當日)洽就近車站全額退票。
