國民黨立委羅淑蕾指控，無黨籍台北市長參選人柯文哲涉利用「MG149研究專戶」洗錢、逃漏稅。國民黨參選人連勝文12日受訪說，羅是專業會計師，還擔任過會計師工會理事長，「她的看法是有專業上的基礎」。

另外，柯文哲團隊昨聲明指出，連勝文再興的同學，同時為連勝文市政顧問團的首席醫療顧問吳姓台大醫師，現在也仍在使用MG149研究專戶進行研究。

連勝文說，據他瞭解，吳是被要求加入這個帳戶中，但實際上這個私帳好像都只有柯的「軍機處」去管，只有少數兩、三個人可以動用這個錢，柯必須對自己的行為負責，回答大家的疑問。
