涉坑散戶 朱國榮200萬交保

（中央社記者劉世怡台北21日電）台北地檢署偵辦國寶集團總裁朱國榮等人涉嫌炒股，坑殺散戶案，經漏夜複訊，今天凌晨以違反證交法，諭令朱國榮新台幣200萬元交保。

檢調指出，朱國榮等人於民國100年12月至101年2月間，涉嫌利用胞妹等13名人頭，炒作龍邦股價，自每股新台幣10元拉抬至每股14元，再趁機出脫個人持股，不法坑殺散戶及套取公司資金，獲利數千萬元。

檢調另查出朱又於101年11月至102年2月間，假藉爭奪龍邦公司經營權名義，進行第2波炒作，套利5000多萬元。1030821
