氣爆 雄檢今鑑定箱涵

高雄地檢署追查高雄氣爆案，昨天開挖凱旋、二聖路口的2個箱涵後，檢方今天會同土木專家鑑定氣爆地點是先有管線還是先有箱涵，另將檢查南側的無用箱涵，了解究竟為何當地會有2個箱涵。

高雄地檢署主任檢察官王啟明，今天率領檢察官張志杰、劉嘉凱與土木專家到現場會勘，水利局及工務局為了今天的會勘，昨連夜趕工，清除箱涵上的覆土，土木技師正在檢視氣爆箱涵的管線與壁面相連處，確認是否就是先有管才有箱涵；另將撬開旁邊無用箱涵，從其鋼筋捆紮方式，瞭解該箱涵是預鑄好放入此處，還是現場澆灌。

除了查箱涵外，專案小組也研擬對氣爆箱涵內另2條管線裁切採樣，與榮化管線一同化驗比較腐蝕情況。
