大胃王冠軍出爐　「大白鯊」蟬聯8年

美國國慶日大胃王比賽冠軍今出爐，綽號「大白鯊」的美國大胃王切斯納特(Joey 'Jaws' Chestnut)，連續8年奪得冠軍，今年他在10分鐘內吞下61隻熱狗，但比去年創下的69隻紀錄少了8隻。

據《法新社》報導，切斯納特賽後表示，可能永遠無法尋回以往的節奏。不過他在賽前，在3萬名觀眾前單腳下跪，向女友瑞卡莎(Neslie Ricasa)成功求婚。另外在女子組方面，衛冕冠軍「黑寡婦」湯瑪絲(Sonya Thomas)則敗給新人「Miki Sudo」。Sudo吞了34隻熱狗，湯瑪絲只吞了27.75隻，比她在2012年創下的紀錄45隻，少了幾乎一半。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
