跑車機車擦撞 騎士不治

（中央社記者楊思瑞台南5日電）台南市一名梅姓男子昨晚駕駛公司的保時捷跑車，與騎機車的吳姓男子發生擦撞，吳男今天清晨傷重不治，責任由警方釐清中。

警方指出，31歲的梅姓男子昨晚11時許駕駛一輛保時捷跑車，行經安南區海佃路二段時，與一輛同方向的機車發生擦撞；騎機車的62歲吳姓男子頭部撞擊跑車擋風玻璃，受到重創，送醫後在今天凌晨宣告不治。

梅姓男子向警方表示，因吳姓男子騎乘的機車突然切向左側的快車道，當時反應不及；加上吳男沒有戴安全帽，才會釀成憾事，他絕不會逃避該負的責任。保時捷跑車是公司的車輛，不是他自己的車。

警方指出，梅姓男子的酒測值為零，吳姓男子抽血後的酒測值也未超過酒駕標準，肇事責任將依蒐集到的證據來釐清。1030705
