台銀不賣台壽保股票

對於台壽保大股東有意出售股票給川盟，台銀指出，所持有的台壽保股權，不會處份。

台銀主管強調，台銀是100%政府持股的公司，賣股票不僅需要在一年之前提前編列預算，而且金融業的持股在處份之前，還必須經過立法院同意。也因此，包括台銀先前持有的開發金、元大金股票，儘管持股股份僅剩不到2％、3％，但仍繼續持有，而台壽保股權，台銀擁有25％以上股份，更不可能出售。

相關人士表示，台壽保大股東要出售給川盟的股權，是龍邦建設的股權，而不是龍邦建設所持有的台壽保股權：「等於是取得台壽保的控股母公司的股權，而非台壽保本身的股權！」所以台銀不論是股權或是新選上在台壽保的2席董事席次，都不會因為川盟的加入而有所更動，台銀也不會賣股票。
