標題[情報] 多謝款待食譜翻譯系列二三之二 炒豬雜

炒豬雜(約4人份) 材料： 豬雜 1kg(大腸小腸等喜歡的料) 醬汁： 酒 30cc 味醂 30cc 濃口醬油 75cc 蜂蜜 1.5大匙 雞高湯 15cc 辣椒 半根 砂糖 2/3大匙 蒜末 1/2小匙 洋蔥末 1大匙 作法： 1.將醬汁材料全部加在一起用小火煮十分鐘，放置一晚後過濾。 2.將豬雜切成適當大小，下水煮過，煮熟後撈起，把水擦乾。 3.平底鍋加熱，將2.加進鍋中，用鏟子壓著讓表面出現微焦，然後適當加入1.的醬料拌 炒。 --------------------------- P.S.這個醬汁不一定要和豬雜一起炒，和肉片肉塊炒都好吃，適合配啤酒。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.168.203.209 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Japandrama/M.1404378224.A.BDC.html ※ 編輯: tony160079 (118.168.203.209), 07/03/2014 17:03:52
