擔心中東呼吸道症候群　菲律賓呼籲回教徒延遲麥加朝聖

菲律賓擔憂「沙烏地阿拉伯」蔓延「中東呼吸道症候群」，因此呼籲菲律賓回教徒，延遲麥加朝聖。

菲國衛生部說，到目前為止，「世衛組織」已經通報824起「中東呼吸道症候群」感染病例，其中至少286人已經死亡，這些病例大多發生在沙烏地阿拉伯，一般相信，「中東呼吸道症候群」是人們接觸駱駝被感染。

菲國官員說，他們沒有禁止回教徒到麥加朝聖，只是勸說他們，由於沙國蔓延「中東呼吸道症候群」，回教徒出發前，應該接受健檢，證明他們身體健康，才能出發；同時也建議「高危險群」回教徒，例如老人、懷孕婦女、有慢性病者，應該取消麥加朝聖。
