第一週
明顯失眠+躁鬱+悶熱+拉肚子
一出現這種情況大概就知道MC快來了

第二週
MC一來肚子痛到會翻滾噁心想吐
時間長的話會拖到10天才結束
而且妹妹那會很癢

第三週
身體最雀躍的一個禮拜

第四週
開始有白帶出現....

然後一個月的循環又開始了.........

會癢的狀況有去婦科檢查過了
吃藥無明顯療效
洗澡也是買了專門洗的
衛生棉也是不斷換品牌
小褲褲也是換了純棉 還不時換新

很想知道有什麼可以改善這些狀況的辦法阿
