監院人事遭杯葛 馬總統：民進黨墮落

立法院今日原定處理監察院人事案，但在野黨認為被提名人有政治酬庸問題，要求刷掉部分名單，並再度霸占主席台讓議事空轉，國民黨團最後決定改變計畫，在周四排審示範區條例。馬英九總統為此重話批評民進黨是「最壞的示範、政黨的墮落」。

立院本周預訂處理監察院人事同意權案，因民進黨團提出復議，今日原定在院會處理後再排新議程審查，但民進黨與台聯在開會前就先行占據主席台，立法院長王金平召集朝野協商，至下午都無法取得共識，空轉一日後決定散會。
