昨天去看了在自己住家附近的新建案
接待中心在復興路上
基地則在樹仁公園旁.算是永久棟距
我家也是在公園旁唯一大樓社區
另一側也有一個建案叫"森林苑"
這個公園算是已被大樓完整包圍了

進入正題
接待中心很氣派
小姐很客氣(本來想說會有種很高傲的態度說)
很詳細的介紹建材跟格局
規劃3-4房
40-52坪
本以為頂多開個25就覺的差不多了
沒想到小姐說他們的售價是 28-34
原來南區已敲敲的來到3字頭了啊...而且就我家旁邊耶

我好高興啊..

因為我家我可以開20去賣了...哈哈

最後小姐也開了總價給我
44.11坪加一個b1中車位7.52坪
總價1419

哇...我家旁邊建了一棟廣告價都要4位數的大樓
小姐也很阿剎力的說他的權限可以給我的優惠價是1400萬整
我好感動啊
便宜了19萬耶

她說如果想要買的話.
這星期六6/1帶訂金去找她..才有這個價哦

ps:目前聽說賣了四十幾戶..總戶數為144
