被指買年代不成就讓它死　金溥聰求償再敗

年代綜合台2010年底被NCC撤照，民進黨立委潘孟安質疑當時國民黨祕書長、現任國安會秘書長金溥聰介入該案，指控「金溥聰主導媒體，買年代不成就讓它死」，卡神楊蕙如受訪時也如此影射，金怒向潘、楊各求償200萬元，一審敗訴，上訴高院，高院今天上午再判金敗訴；本案仍可上訴。
 
2010年12月23日，潘孟安針對年代遭撤照，質疑金溥聰在幕後主導，NCC淪為執政者東廠錦衣衛。楊蕙如當時受訪也說：「金溥聰很可怕，比如壹電視、年代，他得不到的統統要死。」
 
金溥聰當時澄清，他只在壹電視任行政總監3個月，負責招募新人、主播訓練等工作，且他從未與年代接觸過，當時外傳壹電視有意買年代也與他無關，因此對潘孟安、楊蕙如提告，要求賠償其名譽損失。
 
一審認為，潘、楊言論確有根據，且是對可受公評的公眾議題進行合理評論，並無實質惡意，判金敗訴；金不服，上訴高院，今再被駁回。(胡守得／台北報導）
