（中央社安卡拉29日綜合外電報導）土耳其憲法法庭今天裁定，當局全面封鎖影音網站YouTube，侵害了憲法保障的表達自由權。這項判決將讓這個受歡迎的社群媒體重獲開放，令總理艾爾段再受打擊。

YouTube自3月27日就在土耳其遭查禁，原因是有人利用這個網站散播錄音檔，而其中內容據稱顯示高層政府、軍方和情報官員會商，討論可能在敘利亞採取的軍事行動。

總理艾爾段（Recep Tayyip Erdogan）辦公室官員告訴法新社，憲法法庭是在受理個人以遭侵權為由提出的申訴案件後，作出這項裁定。

YouTube和另一社群媒體推特（Twitter）都曾出現語音檔案，據稱內容揭露了艾爾段政府核心成員的貪腐行為，這兩個網站因而雙雙遭到封鎖。

對推特的封鎖已於4月解除。土耳其當局迄今仍不理會下層法院命令，維持對YouTube的禁令，理由是網站尚未移除違法的內容。(中央社)
