反瘋車自救會今天再度「路過」經部

苗栗苑裡反瘋車自救會今天上午10點再度率20多名民眾，以「路過」方式赴經濟部陳情；要求經部撤銷已核准威通公司工作許可證展延申請，並要求不得再核准展延。

今早台北大雨滂沱，自救會民眾只約路過40分鐘就撤離。經濟部則由能源局電力組組長李君禮出面接洽。

經濟部能源局表示，針對自救會上述訴求，均非常重視。有關自救會質疑本案工作許可證展延原因之一，係因審查委員提及七合一選舉之考量，實屬自救會誤解。

能源局稱，未來若自救會對經濟部是否另為處分有意見，可提起相關行政救濟程序。

就經濟部核准威通公司苑裡鎮4座風機工作許可展延案，反瘋車自救會已在今年1月8日向行政院提起訴願，目前正由行政院訴願會受理中。此外，4月22日也已提行政訴訟，主張風機籌設許可無效，正由台北高等行政法院審理中。
