對於違規銷售TRF的銀行懲處延期，金管會主委曾銘宗今(28)日表示，為了讓業者對金管會懲處心服口服，金管會再給銀行陳述意見機會，因此處分案延至6月。

金管會原定27日公布第二波懲處違規銷售人民幣衍生性金融商品TRF(目標可贖回遠期合約)的銀行。

不過曾銘宗表示，目前還有1家銀行中國信託尚在金檢，此外，8家銀行中有1、2家銀行還在陳述意見，為了讓業者對金管會懲處心服口服，待業者釐清相關疑點後，金管會決定懲處結果延到6月。
