首度認罪 胡宗賢意在拚輕判

〔自由時報記者楊國文／台北報導〕高等法院昨首度審理高鐵炸彈犯涉殺人未遂等案，被告胡宗賢一審未認罪被重判22年，蒞庭的高檢署女檢察官黃錦秋，指控胡有殺人犯意，當天她剛好在高鐵列車上，「一旦爆炸，非同小可」，應從重量刑；胡則首度認罪自白，並說一審判刑太重，且只涉1項殺人未遂罪。

胡宗賢律師沈孟賢認為，當天的4個行李箱，充其量只是汽油彈，並非炸彈，且都沒有引燃，沒有爆炸，可見沒有殺人犯意，應以公共危險罪論處；並指股市未受犯案影響，請求法官變更法條並從輕量刑。但檢察官黃錦秋認為，一審判刑過輕，要求高院合議庭從重量刑。
