天天滑手機，小心長出大眼袋！許多人不論是搭捷運或等公車，一有時間就滑手機，整型外科醫師發現用眼過度會使下眼皮浮腫，長出眼袋的30歲以下的年輕族群大增，已佔眼袋手術中的35％。
 
美容外科醫學會理事、開業整外醫師曹賜斌表示，眼袋原好發年逾50歲的中老年人，原因是下眼皮組織鬆弛老化，但近些年智慧型手機風行，年輕人上網不再侷限定點，早也滑、晚也滑，用眼過度，致使眼睛周圍組織提早老化，冒出眼袋，他偶爾會收治到才20多歲，還在就讀大學就冒出眼袋的案例。
 
曹賜斌建議年輕人若要避免眼袋提早冒出，每用眼半小時，即應休息約5分鐘，另外出應戴太陽眼鏡，避免陽光中紫外線，加速眼睛周遭皮膚老化，讓眼袋提早「膨」出。（吳慧芬／高雄報導）
