本報訊

晨星公司分析師在重新檢視Pacific Investment Management Co.的監管議題、董事會品質、經理人激勵措施，費用和企業文化後，可能下修對PIMCO旗下共同基金的評等。

晨星公司（Morningstar Inc.）在旗下分析師拜訪位於加州新港灘（Newport Beach）的全球最大債券基金公司PIMCO後，調降其管理評等，由B降至C。

管理評等中最高為A，最低為F。其中一個檢視公司重點的晨星分析師評等類別也被從「正向」降為「中立」。

分析師的評等是定性的，和晨星公司基於風險調整後報酬的5星評等系統不同。

晨星分析師賈可布森（Eric Jacobson） 和赫普斯特（Michael Herbst）昨在文章中寫道：「這些變動反映了關於公司近來人事地震，以及基金經理人投資減，和基金投資人降的不確定性攀升。」

PIMCO共同創辦人葛洛斯（Bill Gross）陷入和本月閃辭的前執行長，也是欽點接班人伊爾艾朗（Mohamed El-Erian）的糾葛中。PIMCO截至去年12月31日止擁有1.9兆美元資產，過去12個月來在績效欠佳，及旗艦基金總回報債券基金（Total Return）遭贖回下，面臨壓力。（譯者：中央社劉淑琴）1030319
