公視董事會今決議　派遣人力擇優留用

公共電視去年12月董事會決議朝「派遣人力合理化」，引發工會反彈，認為派遣員工不分能力好壞全部納編，會留下龐大負擔財務給公視，今天公視再度召開董事會，針對派遣人力新增並非全部納編，經理、主管若對個別派遣員工專業能力有意見，可以陳述理由上報高層判斷是否合理，預計月底前完成檢討，4月中旬完成「派遣人力合理化」作業。
 
今列席董事會的公視企業工會理事長王燕杰說，公視不是營利事業單位，人力晉用應比照現有規定，不然2年後這批董事拍拍屁股走人，新的董事又要帶幾百人進來，恐超過公視的財力負荷。今董事會決議不是所有派遣人力都全數納編，可以篩選擇優留用的目的，工會可以接受。（洪敏隆／台北報導）
