失手殺人 都因一句「看三小」

高雄市前鎮區(3月12日)一起命案，兩名男子互看不順眼，大打出手，其中一名五十歲的王姓男子突然失去知覺，雖然闖禍嫌犯協助急救，仍宣告不治。闖禍的男子被依殺人罪嫌送辦。(林憲源報導)

打架的雙方住在高市前鎮區的同一棟大樓，事發當時，呂姓嫌犯(43歲)因為心情不佳，走到中庭透氣，他認為一旁抽菸的被害人王姓男子(50歲)直視著他，當下嗆了王男一句「看三小」，對方不干示弱回嗆，雙方因此口角，繼而大打出手。

根據警方調查，被害人王姓男子一度罷手想要離開，但呂姓嫌犯將他拉回繼續毆打。

扭打過程中，呂嫌見被害人不再反抗，於是離開現場坐在沙發上喘息，後來見救護車到場，才知失手殺人。嫌犯緊張的在旁協助救護人員幫忙被害人CPR，但回天乏術。

死者王姓男子是退休警察，之前任職高市仁武分駐所，身上沒有明顯外傷。根據警方調查，爭鬥的兩人都是徒手，沒有持武器，嫌犯承認他在打鬥中攻擊對方頸部。
