我的工作內容裡有包含了登記公司員工的加班時數 最近發現公司裡的作業員會虛報加班的時間 每個作業員每天的工作都有一定的產值 有一次我也加班時 就發現了這樣的事 例如 兩個小時的產值 他們1.5小時就完成了 但剩下的那半個小時 他們不願意做更多的產值 而是等時間到再下班 他們報了2小時的加班 而非1.5 作業員他們彼此包庇這樣的行為 我很掙扎到底要不要告訴老闆? 覺得這是不對的事 但也很害怕樹立敵人 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.198.182.9
