綠委爆 示範區租稅報告抄襲台經院

立法院經濟、財政、內政委員會今天聯席審查「自由經濟示範區特別條例草案」，民進黨立委李應元在質詢時指出，國發會在二月廿一日提交給財政委員會的「自由經濟示範區租稅優惠評估報告」 ，抄襲台灣經濟研究院登載刊物上的兩份報告，其中大幅抄襲日本、韓國加入區域貿易組織概況的段落，但「報喜不報憂」，只抄襲正面的數據和描述，而跳過負面影響的段落。

李應元批評這是誤導民眾行為。國發會主委管中閔承認錯誤，並表示將承擔所有責任，向大家道歉。
