『彭淮南今赴立法院財委會報告備詢時表示，台灣的房貸每戶家庭借款平均新台幣606萬元，假設利息調升一碼的話，每月增加約625元』

如果彭淮南仍不對高房價做出對策，台灣將會陷入惡性消費通縮。
我認為台灣房價太高，將會影響人民一般消費，使得台灣經濟內需蕭條，更嚴重是影響下一代的教育經費，為數不少子女學貸一堆。並且薪水不漲，父母為了努力繳房貸，拚命工作與加班，疏於小孩的道德教育，造成一代不如一代。

因此我認為，台灣如果不升息，更要將貸款自備款一率拉高到七成，杜絕台灣濟經活水被房市挾持，薪資凍漲的困境。
