囂張拒檢毆警 羅文欽起訴求重刑

涉嫌在酒後辱罵推打警察的桃園縣議員羅文欽，今天上午被桃園地檢署以妨害公務、傷害、公然侮辱等罪嫌對提起公訴。檢察官還把世說新語「蜂目已露，豺聲未振」這句話，改寫成「蜂目豺聲，殘警以逞」，形容羅文欽囂張行為，向法院請求從重量刑。

這是20號深夜，羅文欽在KTV，被警方臨檢的畫面，對員警大聲叫囂，還爆粗口作勢打人，這麼大的官威，讓員警實在氣不過，一狀告上法院，事隔一週羅文欽態度180度大轉變，但來不及啦，桃園地檢署偵辦後，以妨害公務、傷害、公然侮辱等罪嫌，對羅文欽提起公訴，檢察官還改寫世說新語，這句「蜂目豺聲，殘警以逞」，形容羅文欽對員警態度囂張，眼神像黃蜂，聲音像豺狼，已經向法院請求要將羅文欽從重量刑。
