【消夜文】想念外婆的滋味

不愛吃外食的淑芬住在台北近郊，儘管畢業多年，仍和爸媽住在一起。為了滿足她挑剔的嘴，媽媽天天都為她準備便當，若想不出要花樣，就會準備蒜苗炒肉絲。
 
蒜苗炒肉絲是淑芬外婆最愛的菜色，早年環境不好，即便外婆老家養了幾隻豬，但養肥後殺了豬，都得送到市場賣錢，只會留下少許碎肉，搭配自家菜園裡種的蒜苗爆炒，就是相當奢侈的菜色。
 
媽媽從外婆那裡學來的做法，豬肉絲只加了少許醬油醃漬，炒出醬香卻不過鹹，也是淑芬最愛的便當菜之一，每次吃到這道菜，她總會覺得心裡暖暖的，彷彿小時候住在外婆家的感覺。

蒜苗炒肉絲
材料：蒜苗2根、豬肉絲200克、醬油15ml、辣椒片少許、橄欖油適量
準備：蒜苗切片。
做法：豬肉絲加醬油醃10分鐘，以橄欖油炒至表面變白色，加蒜苗、辣椒片炒熟即可。
