江宜樺：適當時機執行死刑

國民黨立委吳育昇今天在立法院質疑，法務部長羅瑩雪上任五個多月以來，從未執行死刑，應送監察院彈劾。羅瑩雪說，她將審慎研究執行死刑，按照程序，把每件案件調出來仔細看。

行政院長江宜樺表示，當他徵詢法務部長人選時，死刑態度是徵詢重點之一，羅瑩雪與他共識一致，國家法律現在仍有死刑，若死刑犯都窮盡一切手段上訴，最後沒疏漏或救濟必要，就要執行死刑。他說，他和羅瑩雪不是沒有討論，會在適當時機執行死刑，但要執行哪一個死刑犯、哪一天，行政院長不會干涉，全權交由羅瑩雪判斷。
