調金融營業稅 財長：非加稅

（中央社記者溫貴香台北25日電）財政部長張盛和今天表示，金融營業稅由現行2％恢復到5％，7大金融行業僅調整銀行及保險業，這不是加稅，是恢復原來課稅。

至於是否衝擊台股表現，張盛和上午在立法院受訪說，有些分析師與外資都說是短期。政府過去處理問題金融機構，賠付達新台幣3800億元，過去照顧這麼多，回饋1年不過200億元，希望大家共襄盛舉。

他說，反彈一定有，但從整體金額看，賠付3800億元，1年拿回200億元，將來金融業有問題，政府還是會挺。

媒體報導，有銀行業者揚言取消信用卡優惠；張盛和表示，取消信用卡優惠後，消費者也有權換掉信用卡。1030225
