已故的花蓮主愛之家創辦人鮑得勝，一生助無數人戒毒，獲馬英九總統頒發褒揚令，表揚「堅毅篤志，樂善博施」的精神，為外籍牧師的第一人；24日於花蓮縣議會舉行的褒揚典禮，鮑得勝遺孀張麗英從外交部東部辦事處長陳進賢手中接下褒揚令，並承諾會繼承丈夫遺志，持續關愛戒癮者。
