入選第64屆柏林影展電影大觀單元的《白米炸彈客》，自柏林影展首映後，國際媒體好評不斷，電影大觀單元主席Wieland Speck還表示，很高興可以安排《白米炸彈客》在柏林影展放映。

連《總舖師》導演陳玉勳看完之後都大讚：「拍得很好，演員表演得非常好，這樣的電影，是需要有人拍出來。」一番話讓該片卓立導演感動不已。

卓立出生彰化是楊儒門的同鄉，從2008年就想將此事件拍成電影，她對於台灣農業長期遭到漠視感到難過，她說：「我不是社會運動份子，也從未參與過任何社會運動，拍電影是我僅知的方式，來表達我對台灣社會的愛與恨，我始終希望透過電影，能讓世界往更美好的方向前進。」盼用電影的力量為台灣農民發聲，更希望政府與各界能重視與關注台灣農業精神。

她說，「我身為一個彰化同鄉也有所行動。誰知道世界上任何一個角落，有人看到這部電影後，會不會有所觸動啟發，也想做些什麼來讓社會變得更好，那就值得了。」

《白米炸彈客》將於4月4日全台上映，預告片如下〜〜
