圖文:http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog/post/40183147 時間:2014/1 當兵的時候認識一個家住岡山的同梯，後來成為一起覓食的好朋友。同梯的曾經帶我來岡 山吃過羊肉爐和欣欣市場的眷村小吃，前陣子提到市場裡還有家豬肝卷非常好吃，引起我 強烈的興趣。過了幾個月，總算有機會來到高雄，特地一大早搭火車到岡山，只為了吃看 看同梯推薦的豬肝卷。 堂伯豬肝卷位於開元街舊市場裡的一處小攤販，開元街外的維新路也是市場，人潮眾多， 可舊市場這塊就顯得沒落，沒什麼人潮也沒什麼攤販。 堂伯豬肝卷是岡山的老字號，第一次聽到豬肝卷這樣的食物，而且用料也特別，除了豬肝 之外，主要的材料是豆薯。豆薯又叫涼薯、洋地瓜，外皮像馬鈴薯，形狀卻是肥大的心型 ，我個人是不曾吃過，這還是第一次聽過這種食物。 豬肝卷＄40 豬肝卷是用豆皮把豆薯絲、豬肝和青蔥包裹起來油炸，不過豆皮炸的沒有很酥脆，有點軟 ，內餡的豆薯口感柔軟帶點彈性，很像甜粿類的口感，味道卻是令人意外的香甜，本來以 為應該是偏鹹的小吃。豆薯之間包著豬肝與青蔥，除了豆薯的甜味之外，帶點豬肝的苦味 與青蔥的焦香，相當特別的小吃呀。 堂伯豬肝卷 地址：高雄市岡山區開元街4號 電話：07-6224588 -- 一個人的美食、旅行與生活...柔藍食單 http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog 歡迎加入柔藍食單粉絲團 https://www.facebook.com/softbluerecipe -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 120.126.129.3 ※ blueherobest:轉錄至看板 Kaohsiung 01/22 10:40
