37歲的大S好不容易懷上寶寶，即將在今年5月分娩，但她昨深夜11點多時，卻突然在微博說自己胃燒得難受，甚至燒到醒過來，讓網友大驚失色，紛紛叮囑孕媽咪要好好照顧自己。

只不過大S本人似乎不以為意，還放上前兩天拍的照片，要粉絲們猜猜是孕前還孕後拍的？然而眼尖的粉絲不僅靠著她略顯豐腴的臉頰，以及頭髮的長度猜出是懷孕後照片，更有人一針見血地指出她「鼻子歪了」，意外成為整張照片的亮點。（陳怡伶／綜合報導）
