標題[請問] 曝光機高手請進（機型：ANEX）

小弟最近在pcb廠當曝光手，遇到了一些問題！懇請有經驗的高手幫忙！ 就是機台常常會出現旋轉軸超出極限的錯誤訊息（字手機打不出來，應該唸西塔，指旋轉軸吧），不論我怎麼復歸機台，就是徒勞無功！有時正常有時就會發生這種情況！請廠商來弄很久也查不出個所以然，就說可能定位跑掉了，要重新校正！但是這種情況往往發生在中途。萬一真的解決不了只好換另一台曝光，出問題的曝光機換下一支料號又正常了！遇到在趕的料號真的是會急死人！問題丟到夜班的外勞身上，他們總是有辦法處理！問他們結果你們懂的！沒辦法了只好上來廣大的鄉民們！不知有高手能解答的嘛？ 感激不盡！手機排版請見諒！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.161.155.142
