徐旭東：不滿想退就退

（中央社記者鄭崇生上海13日電）遠東集團董事長徐旭東今天表示，eTag是首個計程收費系統，「是光榮高興的事情」，出錯誤的「比例很小」，不應該花功夫為不大的錯誤鬧成這樣。

他還說，如果消費者不滿意，可以退用，「但他退了以後我請問，他怎麼上高速公路？不過，你喜歡退你就退。」
