軍案移審 高雄院檢共92案

軍案移審今第二波，高雄地院受理25件，2名在押被告，都是逃兵案。高雄高分院受理11案，4名在押被告。上午人犯分別被送到高雄地院和高雄高分院候審，法官開庭後決定是否繼續羈押。

軍中偵辦中案件今也移交到高雄地檢署，共56案，其中13案已判決確定待執行、14件交付保護管束案件。雄檢成立「軍司法專責小組」，由主任檢察官王啟明擔任召集人，分派專組檢察官承辦。
