菲律賓東南部連日豪雨，引發嚴重水患及土石坍方，至少造成13人死亡，7人失蹤，另外還有上萬人撤離家園。

政府救災官員表示，南部有些地方因河水暴漲，氾濫成災，有些地方則是出現山洪及土石流，災情頻傳。初步統計，南部10各省分已有13萬2千多人遭遇水患，至少一萬人撤離，退到庇護所。
