圖文:http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog/post/33654829 時間:2013/8 吃完麻辣的酸辣粉之後，來到隔壁的山城湯圓吃點甜的壓壓辣。山城湯圓也是好吃街的著 名小食，不過我來的這家好像不是正宗的山城小湯圓，正宗的似乎是在斜對面比較舊一點 的老鋪，我也是買了這家之後才發現另一家比較多人，仔細一看應該是那家山城小湯圓才 是正宗的。 前幾天在成都也吃了賴湯圓，四川所稱的湯圓應該是台灣所說的元宵。台灣說的湯圓好像 是只沒包餡料的，有包餡料的叫元宵。可是一般口語上好像也沒什麼分別，在湯圓前加個 芝麻，那就表示是芝麻湯圓，到底是湯圓還是元宵，好像怎麼稱呼都無所謂，反正大家都 知道是什麼。 山城湯圓￥5 一碗湯圓有十顆，口味是芝麻內餡。相較於台灣常見的芝麻湯圓來說，山城湯圓的個頭較 小一些，也適合一口吃。但也因為個頭較小，所以內餡的份量也不那麼多。湯圓咬在口中 軟糯軟糯，芝麻內餡有點細脆口感，相當爽口又不過於甜膩。在吃完辣的食物後，來一碗 小湯圓倒是挺解辣。不過芝麻裡大概也摻了豬油提香，故而煮出的湯圓水也略浮有油花， 不太適合喝吧。 山城湯圓 地址：重慶市渝中區八一路177號 重慶食旅:http://goo.gl/q1NQqR 重慶旅館:http://goo.gl/TD8PIo -- 一個人的美食、旅行與生活...柔藍食單 http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 120.126.129.3
