請問排油煙管要拉出去更長可以找誰?

今天去驗屋發現排油煙管的出口是在後陽台,很短!這樣在陽台曬衣服就整個都煙味了,二來後陽台也無法裝鋁窗了!有問過工地主任,他卻說,等裝熱水器的時候再請裝熱水器的一並處理....排油煙管不是要找裝廚具的用嗎?怎會找裝熱水器的呢????那裝熱水器的會幫嗎?(因為要裝強排)
