以影追人 西裝大盜落網

47歲男子吳智仁平日穿著西裝、襯衫、皮鞋，打扮得人模人樣，暗地裡卻是1名機車置物箱大盜，作案年餘偷遍台北市區，已查出最少20名機車族受害，其中有2人用生日當作提款卡密碼，被吳嫌破解並盜領近20萬元，全案昨依竊盜罪嫌送辦並擴大偵辦中。

去年初起，台北市區出現西裝大盜，專門鎖定機車族下手，竊取置物箱內財物，除拿走現金，還持被害人有悠遊卡儲值功能的信用卡，至超商、美妝店以儲值扣款方式，盜刷購買香菸、日用品，或持被害人的提款卡，以出生年月日或簡單的連續數字測試密碼，盜領現金。

北市刑大肅竊組調閱監視發現，竊賊為掩人耳目，每次作案都是一身西裝、襯衫和皮鞋打扮，宛如上班族，在停滿機車的人行道、機車格挑選下手目標。經「以影追人」下，查出竊嫌是47歲的水泥工吳智仁，前天將他緝捕到案。
