王金平黨籍案開庭 有無關說再成為激辯焦點

立法院長王金平確認國民黨黨籍存在訴訟，今天下午再度開庭審理，雙方由委託律師出庭，雖然這次是決定後續庭期要傳喚的證人和調查證據的方向，不過，審判長請雙方針對上次開庭確認的不爭事項補充意見時，國民黨和王金平律師團對於有沒有關說一事，當庭激辯。（杜大澂報導）

王金平確認國民黨籍存在訴訟，八號下午開第二次準備庭，有沒有關說？再讓國民黨和王金平律師團當庭激辯。國民黨方面表示，根據特偵組和檢評會的調查，確認柯建銘有打電話請託王金平，前檢察長陳守煌也涉關說。不過，王金平方面則反駁，最高檢新聞稿附譯文，違反通保法不應當證據，檢評會不是調查國會的機關，也無法認定王金平有關說事實。

另外，國民黨方面表示，王金平在擔任副主席時，對於考紀會的處分決定，從來沒有提出反對。但王金平律師方面則是質疑，考紀會架構不是依民主原則運作，也不是撤銷黨籍的權責機關，依法終究要由司法機關審判。

審判長張瑜鳳則是說，全案爭點在於國民黨應不應該撤銷王金平黨籍？程序有沒有疏失？未來在開庭時會讓雙方再充分表達意見。
