宋達民疑違法濫用看護　勞工局裁罰3萬並限期改善

藝人宋達民、洪百榕日前被平面媒體拍到帶小孩到大佳河濱公園玩，疑似將外籍看護工當外傭使喚，宋達民夫妻8日上午現身新北市勞工局，並向媒體澄清報導「非事實」，但仍遭勞工局裁罰3萬元並限期改善。

媒體拍攝到宋達民日前偕妻洪百榕帶小孩到大佳河濱公園玩，身旁跟著提著大包小包的外傭，但疑違法指派家庭看護工從事許可外工作，引起勞工局重視及稽查。

宋達民及妻子洪百榕今日近中午到市府向勞工局說明，他們事前對媒體表示，一切都是誤會，會向勞工局說明清楚。宋達民強調，報導並非事實，希望媒體不要擴大報導，以免影響其他家人。

勞工局已初步認定宋達民違反《就業服務法》第57條第3款規定，家庭看護工不得從事許可以外工作，得以裁罰3萬元並限期改善，將祭出3萬元罰單，最快3到7天內就會寄出。
