護老農津貼修正 陳保基賭上烏紗帽

立法院衛環、經濟、內政委員會下午審查行政院版本的老農津貼修正草案，把原本加入農保6個月，即可領取每月7000元老農津貼，改為實際從農、納入農保15 年才可領取相同津貼。多名立委上午態度保留質疑修法，農委會主委陳保基今天態度堅定，以烏紗帽做保證，捍衛老農津貼修法。

陳保基表示，農委會一年預算1240 億元，老農津貼就花了560億，加上農機用油補貼、農會子女獎學金等福利補貼，一年用掉822億，農委會實際可運用的預算僅76億元，僅占農委會一年總預算6%，嚴重排擠農業預算，不改革，台灣農業看不見未來。
