標題[請益] 請問求職網站公司徵才重複出現原因

有些公司某A職缺過了一.兩星期又出現同樣職缺， 可是明明應徵的人就有30人以上或是10~30人不等， 請問重複出現的職缺原因?會是下面這3點嗎?還是有其他原因? 1.公司需要的人沒能徵到，面試者都不符合他們需求 2.此缺是爛缺，面試者聽了或是做短期一下子就不想做了 3.公司不只需要1~2人，這職缺需要的人更多因此繼續刊登履歷徵才 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 180.218.40.127
