台勞職災2成難復工　復工也恐遭減薪資遣

【蔡明樺／台北報導】台勞職業災害逾2成難復工，否則也恐遭僱主減薪、資遣！台灣大學公共衛生學院最新研究追蹤1200名曾因職災住院3天以上的台勞，發現21.4％的勞工職災後未復工，普遍年齡偏高、教育程度低，而逾6成勞工能否重返工作崗位的決定權在僱主，且即使勞工職災後能復工，也有逾3成最後因僱主資遣或減薪而離職。

國內每年約5萬名勞工發生職災，台大公衛學院教授郭育良等人針對 2009年2月至8月因職業傷害住院超過3天以上的4403位勞工為研究對象，並寄發問卷，發現受傷後1年已復工者佔78.6％，未復工者21.4％，未復工者有62％為僱主決定。進一步分析發現，職災已復工者當中，最後有17.7％因降薪走人，另有12.9％最終仍被資遣。
