悲傷會心痛　情緒真實影響生理感受

【簡竹君╱綜合外電報導】快樂到蹦跳、噁心到想吐、悲傷到心痛不僅是形容詞，芬蘭研究顯示，人感受某些情緒時，身體特定部位會特別有感或無感，例如快樂時從頭到腳都會有活力，悲傷時會四肢無力但胸口特別有感覺（心痛）；憤怒會令胸部和手部有感，可能是因潛意識有攻擊的意圖。

美國《紐約每日新聞報》前天報導芬蘭圖爾庫大學這項研究，學者找來芬蘭、瑞典、台灣等地700名志願者受測，先以電影、文字等激起他們特定情緒時，再讓他們描繪哪些部位有強烈感受。

研究人員以暖色系（紅、黃）表現受試者感到活躍的身體部位，以寒色系（藍、黑）標示感知減少或無感部位。結果發現，儘管受測者來自不同地域，但對特定情緒引發的肢體感覺幾乎一致，如感到羞恥時，各地的人都同樣覺得臉上熱辣辣的。
