又有女嬰遭棄屍！雲林元長鄉山內村頂山路附近的農路大圳，發現被泥土覆蓋的女嬰，身高約84公分，身著桃紅色短洋裝，身上並無外傷，目擊民眾從12月27日就發現了該女嬰，原本以為是洋娃娃，但仔細一看才驚覺是一具女嬰屍。

由於日前才發生震驚全港的女嬰凱晴失蹤案2日，兇手竟是女嬰母親吳姓女子，自導自演謊稱是被別人偷抱走小孩，掩蓋事實將女嬰棄屍，引起公怒，因此女嬰遭棄屍的案件備受關注，承辦此案的虎尾分局也從全國失蹤人口通報系統，查出約有10多人符合女嬰特徵，將與家屬聯繫確認身分，同時警方也指出該女嬰襪子有趴趴熊圖案，以及粉紅色條紋花，呼籲若有幼童失蹤或遭誘拐、下落不明，可速與虎尾分局偵查隊或元長分駐所聯絡，電話05-6329240、元長分駐所電話05-7882009。

據《聯合報》報導，法醫依據屍體腐敗程度推斷死亡時間已有4到7天，無明顯外傷，預定下周解剖確認死因。
