雙北不動產經紀業　倒店比新開的還多

【張菱育／台北報導】雖然各家房仲店不斷的拓展店面，但雙北市倒店數趕不上開店數，統計不動產經紀業資料，北市店面今年增加51家，但卻有82家店倒閉；新北市店數增加90家，卻有92家倒閉。

中華民國不動產仲介公會全聯會理事長李同榮表示，往年房仲店數都增加，今年整體不動產交易量增10%左右，但店數增加，相對各店的業績成長幅度就有限，尤其台北市的加盟體系影響最大，有5成的加盟店業績可能持平或減少。
